Hello my Name is Kyle McGillivray. Welcome to my website and please check back often as I will keep it updated with current pictures, tournament standings and general information about fishing.
A little about myself, I am 12 years old and have been fishing since I was about 5. I am currently a member of the Irving Bass Club and fish with my father in the Junior/Senior division. I also fish the BASS Federation Nation youth division 11 to 14 year age group. When I am not tournament fishing I am pre-fishing for tournaments. I can drive a Bass boat very well, both the big motor and the trolling motor.
When I was younger we did not have a boat so my father took me to Lake Grapevine to fish from the shore occasionally. I really enjoyed fishing and got hooked when I caught my first fish on a spinnerbait, it was a very small one but boy I love the feeling of tricking a fish into biting an artificial lure and then the tug on my line.
My goal is to work my way up through the ranks and become a professional fisherman. I am currently seeking sponsorship and am looking forward to working with various equipment and tackle manufacturers to aid in product sales and product development.
